De’Ja Brown, MBA, M.S.

De'Ja is a first generation college graduate from the University of Tampa, with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and minor in Business Administration. In 2020, De'Ja was accepted into the Vinik Sport & Entertainment Management program at the University of South Florida. Two years later, she graduated Cum Laude, receiving her two Masters Degrees in two years; an MBA with a concentration in Sport Business and a Master of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management.

During her time at the University of South Florida, she completed a fellowship as the resident for the Tampa Bay Sports Commission. Here, she assisted with various aspects of marketing and event management on major annual Tampa Bay events.

Currently, De’Ja serves as a Marketing Manager for LEARFIELD’s Collegiate Licensing Company where she strategizes, builds and executes marketing programs to promote the sale of collegiate licensed product for various territories and brands, including HBCUs, Mid-Major, Power 5, and Big East schools. In her current role, she has been able to lead innovation efforts to develop new brand collaborations, as well as product and experiential marketing execution ideas.

With over a combined 6 years of sport events and marketing experience, De’Ja is continuing to broaden her knowledge and expertise within brand and experiential marketing in the sports industry.
